Each property has a price band associated with it which ranges from 'A' (most expensive) through to 'V' (least expensive). The table below provides the cost of a weeks rental for a particular property based on its price band. It also provides seasonal price variations for most pricing bands. • Rentals of houses in Tamariu changeover days are Fridays. Tamariu apartments changeovers are Saturdays.
• All other properties have a Saturday changeover unless otherwise indicated.
• All properties include Towels and bed linen unless otherwise indicated.
• All houses and apartments (see terms and conditions) require a deposit on arrival to the property returnable within 28 days from your departure from the property.
• Late bookings (4 weeks or less incur a £50 administrative fee).
• Any changes incur a £10 per person administrative fee.
• Prices are thought to be correct at time of publishing. However, minor changes may be required due to owners extra charges or mistakes.
